Episode 47 Vision Being Made with Rebekah Pierce & Lydia Knorr

Hi everyone! Welcome back to another episode of Podcast!

Rebekah Pierce and Lydia Knorr are our guests today. Lydia Knorr is a registered dietician with 25 years of experience. Health and wellness were important to her. In those pivotal moments, things shifted for her, and now she views health in a broader sense, which is why she practices a holistic approach. Hence, it is understanding how your values will change as your life changes. As a result of all those practices, she discovered who she was inside; she found her inner peace; she found her happy place. Having enjoyed speaking on stages and in books, she will now learn more about nurturing your inner wellbeing.

Rebekah Pierce referred to herself as a chief baker and her virtual bakery was called Maggie's Cupcake Café. They specialized in homemade desserts. Besides being a writer, she is a teacher of English literature and composition. A writer and artist, she loves to express herself artistically in any medium that suits the story. Baking and writing are considered arts by her. Art is life, art is food, art is whatever you enjoy. You can express yourself through it. Food plays an important role in the stories of women, specifically black women.

The information contained in this episode was very actionable and insightful. Here are some key highlights:

  • Is there a right time to leave corporate life or work?
