What is Tapping? Tapping is a somatic method (something related to the body and the mind) which basically tapping on eight parts on our body namely, the top of the head, edge of the eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, under the lips, on the collar bones, and under your arm (about the side of the ribs). Do this by repeating the tapping while saying negative statements or feelings.
