Welcome to She Shift, the podcast for midlife woman who've quietly outgrown the life they're living and are ready to find out what's next.

Hosted by Vision Made Magazine editor-in-chief Pamela Stone, She Shift is where midlife women trade burnout for breakthroughs. Each week, Pamela speaks directly to you in her signature Dear What's Next letters honest, personal conversations about the fear, regret, and quiet restlessness that come with starting over.

And twice a month, she sits down with women and experts who've made their own shifts: career pivots, money moves, style reinventions, wellness resets, and the mindset it takes to begin again.

No hustle talk. No "you should be grateful." Just real talk about what it actually takes to rediscover who you are, reignite what you want, and rise into your next chapter.

Because midlife isn't the ending. It's the invitation.

Hello everyone! Today's podcast is sponsored by Vision Made Vision Board Kit.

Welcome to another episode of Envision me. Today I’m gonna talk about some girl talk about how to execute and and go after your vision. I was in corporate world and although I enjoy my work, I was informed that it will end in two weeks. But now, I'm here, I'm pursuing what comes next.

We women are constantly taking care of our families and everyone else's needs, we often neglect our own. You must occasionally set aside time in your plans for yourself because you are important. In order to invest in yourself, you may want to consider about spending some time alone and in silence. Reading books is another fantastic alternative, which is why self-care is on my calendar.

If you want to expand your mind, check out the books I'm now reading by Eric Thomas, a well-known motivational speaker and my mentor and also a book by Tamera Mowry.

Here are some key highlights to know in today's podcast:

  • W-A-I-T meaning and how do we use it
  • How W-A-I-T is gonna help you.
  • Bringing up Brooke Young, who was the guest on the podcast from last month, and her advice on overcoming job burnout
  • A bit look back on the episode with Lori Baas about an unexpected job loss and thriving to become a great entrepreneur
  • Self care like minutes of quietness is a self gratification.
  • Four ways you can execute on yourself

Key Takeaway:

In order for us to get to what’s next, in order for us to actually execute on our vision, it all works on expanding our minds - Pamela Stone

Being intentional about your working on is so important, that is another way you can execute on your goals- Pamel stone
