Stephanie Matthews

Stephanie Matthews is an award-winning photographer, creative producer, and Executive Director of A Tribe for Jazz, bringing more than two decades of experience in visual storytelling and arts leadership. She is committed to expanding equitable access to the arts and strengthening opportunities for creative education. Under her leadership, A Tribe for Jazz has broadened its impact through inclusive programming and intentional community partnerships that elevate underrepresented voices, deepen cultural engagement, and amplify culturally rich artistic experiences. Her leadership helped earn the organization a 2025 Columbus Business First Diversity in Business Award. She has also been honored with the Jim Arter Arts Educator Award, the Jazz Hero Award, and the Paul E. Young Outstanding Achievement in Education Award.
